Chase Sapphire Reserve carries a $250 “The Edit by Chase Travel” credit, and at Edit properties that also qualify for the separate $250 Select Hotels credit (IHG, Montage, Pendry, Omni, Virgin, Minor and Pan Pacific brands), both apply to the same stay, for $500 total. Both are statement credits that reimburse a cash charge, so anything you do not spend is forfeited — a $460 stay against a $500 cap wastes $40, while a $505 stay uses the full credit for $5 out of pocket.
